IR-TAQI Academy offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of course enrollment, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days.

  • The learner must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • Certificates issued or assessments submitted void refund eligibility.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method.
